We request all the registered attendees to clarify that if they have traveled to China in the last one month, they ensure that at least 30 days have passed from the time they have arrived and they have no flu-like symptoms. If they have, we request to transfer the ticket to other participants.

For the safety of our participants, we have put in place many safety measures and guidelines to ensure everyone's health & wellbeing:

  • Sanitizers will be placed at the conference venue, please use them.
  • Masks will be made available in the registration desk for the participants to use
  • Please maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between you and someone who is coughing and adopt a non-handshake policy at the event
  • Requesting anyone sick or experiencing any sick/cold/flu-like symptoms to transfer their tickets.
  • We encourage our participants to practice Respiratory Hygiene, i.e. to cover their mouth and nose with tissue while coughing or sneezing, and avoid touching their hands, nose, and mouth to avoid spreading the germs.
  • There will be a brief session on safety measures and guidelines for participants to follow in the beginning of the conference.

Food Safety: The food served at the venue will be cooked thoroughly and properly handled during food preparation.
